Laboratorio di Meccanica e Termodinamica
The Course of Laboratorio di Meccanica e Termodinamica (Laboratory of
Mechanics and Thermodynamics) was a fundamental course of the first year for the
Degree Course in Physics and in New Physics Technologies. Its goal was to
introduce the undergraduated Students to the techniques of data collection and
analysis, putting into practice what they learned in the Courses of Methods of
Measure and Data Analysis, of Mechanics and of Fluids and Thermodynamics.
The course consisted of two parts, one theoretical in class and one practical
in laboratory. The final examination was oral only; Students were requested to
present a final written report on the experiments containing the data analysis.
