I am an Associate Professor at the Computer Science Institute of the Department of Science, Technology and Innovation at the University of Piemonte Orientale (Italy).
My current research interests include distributed computing systems and paradigms as well as digital forensics and decision support systems.
I am a member of the DSDF research group led by Prof. Cosimo Anglano. Also, I am a member of the CINI’s Big Data, Cybersecurity and HPC national laboratories, and of CNIT.
Short Biography
I was born in Alessandria (Italy) in 1976. From 1996 to 2007, I worked for several IT companies. In July 2007, I took my Laurea degree summa cum laude in Computer Science at the University of Piemonte Orientale. In March 2012, I got my Ph.D. in Science and High Technology (spec. Computer Science) at the University of Torino. From 2012 to 2015, I held postdoc positions at the University of Piemonte Orientale and at the University of Torino. From 2015 to 2019, I was a Research Fellow (type A fixed-term researcher) at the University of Piemonte Orientale. From 2019 to 2022, I was a tenure-track Assistant Professor (type B fixed-term researcher) at the University of Piemonte Orientale. In April 2021, I obtained the National Scientific Qualification (ASN) as Associate Professor of Computer Science and Computer Engineering. Since August 2022, I have been an Associate Professor at the University of Piemonte Orientale.
